You could probably throw together a new item of some sort... Something like a resupply bench. Stock it with full kegs to increase the potion count and give a context option to open a gump which gives options for potion type and amount to deliver, then all you need do is double click the bench and it...

If I remember correctly and there's a good chance I don't, the damage bonus is actually 10% per town. Aos.Scale is what does that I believe and I think I recall it being neccasary for any damage modifications to apply and use AoS armour values. Usage would be: AOS.Scale( damage amount, percentage ) ...

I think it's probably the best way to deal with it... Start at 1% and increase by 1% with every doom mob killed until an arti is given, then reset. I think what's more important than factions itself is what made factions appealing. The biggest two benefits in my opinion are instant friendlies to PvP with for those who don't have any and dominance/control. It's far superior.. I'm still really enjoying it. I'm sure it's not everyone's taste, I doubt it's barely anyone's but the player justice, communities, freedom of actions etc really plays out well..
