What about making the HCI/DCI max % at 40 instead of 45% - but adding in a hidden, always on, bonus of +15hci/15dci for Two-Handers that brings it to 55% only when using them So if someone has HCI 40 from their items and throws on a Spear or Haldberd, they have 55% Might get people using those weapo...

One way to encourage full time 100% crafter playstyles over someone just throwing 100 Tailoring on their PVP char, is to make craft skills synergise in different ways. Like what if someone with 100 Inscription and 120 Tailoring only, was able to re-hue spellbooks and inscribe stuff on their clothing...

I done that years ago. I went through and made robes/cloaks for the elemental resists, because 3% physical was clearly a pre-aos idea that never got updated. What I did though was very 'neony'. Oh, just got an idea for this. Yet another way of making crafters good/useful? Make it so an artifact isnt quite useable instantly. I never liked how factions were something that, if you werent involved, it didnt matter. More incentives to make everyone attackable is good, promoting pvp and action... but its definitely gotta be worth it.

I dunno, I think just in its raw form it would still be a good pace reduction and may even serve as a balancing element for those who cant play as much as the vampire nolifers who sleep(afk) during the day.
