I do think repairs are fine - and a big part of the 'smiths @ brit smithy' community aspect. Could increase the max durability reduction perhaps? Have to remember that we're not just talking about sexy weapons, but individual armor peices that can be impossible to replace and require a whole suit r...

This is a big deal in a PvP version of UO, like what L25 was or tried to be. You trim away the fat and this stuff is lost in the process.

Well, you could simply change the colours used. They are the brightest in their range for the neon effect, so just adjusting the hue value for what the darker colour would be (dark green for 40% poison or whatever the % was) and so on to the highest. Tab out wont break it, its similar to the runebook cooldown and shit, when you've been in warmode. Also, in razor now most people including dexers use auto flag hotkeys to effectively double click in warmode, the nearest or last combatant. I dont think anything should be repairable. Referring to the original L25.. The tools to make the good stuff became abundant, they always will. If you couldnt repair your stuff... yes it would suck to see it break finally, but its the type of thing players have to overcome, like having no insurance ...

What's the solution? No-one wants Marathon-man PvP, but it's also incredibly frustrating having to stop to get stam back when you're spawn scouting, idoc hunting, or whatever?
