Re: Weapon Special Moves - Oz/Ingo
Belg: battle axe was a mistake!!! Maybe I was too harsh on some weps.. But basically a lot weps aren't that great , but I'm prob thinking from the crafted point of view. Some weps are usable with uber mods but I was just generalising. If you assumed each wep was gm crafted (with spel chan and no oth...

Re: Dismounting, remount delays, horse barding, bonding
That's the point, they should be too heavy to actually carry around on your person. Whether it's at your house or you store it in the bank. That's got to be the easiest way to code it, no?

Re: Weapon Special Moves - Oz/Ingo
Axe - Crush/Dismount - Pointless wep. There are better alternatives. Bardiche - Para/Dismount - Good PVP wep. Para someone then quick dismount. AI used this a lot I believe. Battle axe - Bleed/Concuss - Pointless wep. There are better alternatives. Bladed Staff - AI/Dismount - Pointless wep. There a...

Butcher knife - Infect/Disarm - Good for anyone with poisoning Cleaver - Bleed/Infect - Ultimate offensive wep for a poisoner Dagger - Infect/Shadow - Good...

Re: LMC for special moves (new system)
Almost made a long whiney post then realized the LMC talked about is JUST for special moves, right? Does additional LMC (from armor) affect LMC for special moves? If not then this is a really interesting change. I'd have to play around on a test shard to be able to give a real opinion as to how this...

Re: Dismounting, remount delays, horse barding, bonding
Think clubs can dismount too, as well as wands (although if we remove then np). Timers are good, but maybe include a timer for the dismounter too. I don't think bonding is necessarily a bad thing. Maybe give it a bit of an adjustment? Keep bonding, limit amount of pets you can bond to 1 (A REAL BOND...

Re: Cartography & Treasure Maps, Lockpicking & Dungeon Chest
Also, it seems like t hunting spots now spawn randomly. I personally find that awesome, and worth including. If we could do the same for dungeon chests (maybe still make them spawn in the specific area (high end chest nearish the high end spawn), but a bit more spread out), that'd be great.

Re: Weapon Special Moves - Oz/Ingo
I imagine it's possible. Would be nice to make certain weps worthwhile again. Used to be that axes/hallies were awesome, but if it's not a hatchet or a battleaxe, other axes just aren't worth it. The fact that you can get awesome mods on a shit wep was always kind of depressing ("This would be fucki...

Re: Cartography & Treasure Maps, Lockpicking & Dungeon Chest
Treasure hunters are pvm'rs. They just pvm in different places to the rest. Actually, in general t hunters are probably the most "skilled" treasure hunters, used to dealing with heavy spawn. Difference is that you can easily get pk'd hunting blood eles in shame or something like that, but it's prett...

Housing
How much do we care about housing? Do we want land to be valuable, or leave it as it is? We could probably "force" more interaction by limiting housing spots, meaning that people have to live closer together, but that could be a pain in the ass, i guess. Not talking anything drastic, just stuff like...

Re: lootpack changes. Merc this is for you to test eventuall
By Paragon he is talking about the ilsh monsters. And your explanation about the arti stealing was spot on. I think having the limited spawn time is nice, especially for the inquis, which is ofc the most desirable. But maybe change it to something event like. Instead of once a month how about once e...
