Housing

How much do we care about housing? Do we want land to be valuable, or leave it as it is? We could probably "force" more interaction by limiting housing spots, meaning that people have to live closer together, but that could be a pain in the ass, i guess.
Not talking anything drastic, just stuff like "Due to the cold climate, you are unable to build a house here" for ice island, that kind of thing. Also something similar for houses directly outside of dungeons (think shame/despise/destard). While those houses are obviously going to be desirable, a simple "You think it would be unwise to erect (LOL) a house so close to a cave entrance" for half a screen or something like that would be good, no? Cut down on house running etc.
ALSO: How public are houses going to be? Can we keep noto system in (unless you have vendors in your house) so that you can freely attack anyone who's on your land?
And just for fun, lets limit ban list to one or two pages!
