All red NPC's need to have PK names. I want to see evil mages named Armstrong and Berit. And Piourk (LOL).
Werent sure if this was the right place but a balanced server is key and slighty harder for lastability last thing you want is people geared in 1 week.
Strongly recommend if you have implimenting shame drops runics to cut the charges down by 50% of the default also maybe have them drop 1-250 instead of the default which was around 1-150.
3-4 max charges on runics and maybe maximum properties cap of 5 but that depends whether you running them with 6 max properties i guess
Another idea maybe a wild, wild, wild, idea....
Crafting Blacksmith and tailoring perhapsyou could make certain artifacts craftable both weapons and the armour but prolly by now this is too late as your almost there.
As for the crafting materials maybe drop idea from champion bosses...
