So seeing as Wildcat moaned like a scolded child after he died 3 times solo to me, then got killed by 3 (not 5 btw wild) of us, I attack Obscurity for disrupting our fight. Knowing Obscurity's weak point he soon died. So Wildcat didn't bother with a little stoppage to loot Obscurity he just thought he'd get the beat on me. Fine, carry on fighting... Then his ninja mate comes out and dismounts What a hero...

So knowing how honourable many I-C's are and being that I was alone I restocked and continued a fight in Terrathan keep and was against odds of something silly like 6 on 1. Oh wait! *drum roll please* Ninja dismounters coming out of the walls...
Wow they killed me... I felt honoured to die to such obvious skillful players and hope to repay the pleasure sometime soon. Even though 4 of you couldn't do it when I was dismounted and it took Detritus and 2 other mages to finish me off tut tut.


I just don't understand how you lot can prance about on these boards propaganding some sort of nobility in your version of PvP. It's dismount, blue heal, block (whether by illegal means or not, continue to deny it), Boring hiding ninjas and 10 people ganks, rinse and repeat as required.

When you appeared to me, I had 40 mana, you ran all the time, and I mean it, all the time.

After the Obs person died, I attacked you, but you kept still running, so you got dismounted to stop running!


Why we got dismounters, is to stop people running.

Also did you notice how we allow EVERYONE to post here, regardless or guild or alliance. Unlike certain other guilds who don`t seem to understand the concept of PUBLIC FORUMS.

I agree, if you got dismounted by a third party whilst fighting 1v1 it sucks.

And it wasn't at all me running, cos if Wildcat were to actually tell the truth of the matter then he'd tell you I was walking/running around a 2/3 screen area which is on the west side of destard before it thins into a corridor going to level 2.

This is what I mean though, many (trying hard not to generalise) of you claim to have this higher understanding of PvP ettiquette and then when it comes down to it resort to the same tactics and worse that you complain about.

Getting to the teleporter with 3 people on me, surviving through healing and potting (no wands) against them and skipping through the teleporter. you are deliabratly moving to stay out there spell range, and getting off the screen to allow you to heal

yes i do complain about it, not a lot. since i do it to. and if i find you in a dungeon (as i have multiple times) i will say over vent: narzilla in terra, im dismounting tell me when your ready. as soon as i get the ready call your on your feet and your dead

but then again why do you want a 1v1 in terra, afterall im sure if you had mates on call (as you often do and have) you wouldant hesitate to call them in

i eval everyone before i fight, it makes sence. lets me know of the imidiate threat, if im on a tank it lets me know wether to use a conc wep
it wont stop me attacking but i still check

You're a weapon skill mage, no?
You can't seriously have an issue with chain disarms from a wrestle mage.

PvP is now about killing, with whatever skill, friends, special move etc. you can. And to avoid a kill you will use reds, special moves, etc and hopefully survive. That;s what eceryone does. It's a failing in human nature. (assuming you are human. Now there's a thought. ).

So lets not have this holier than thou debate brought up by people who have had a bad night and their insurance fund is getting a bit low.
I-C gank. I-C Run. I-C use specials ad infinitum, I-C use a few spells repeatedly and I-C use dismounters. I have seen am I-C stealth archer, Kitara?, repeatedly hide, kill, rez kill, rez kill, rez kill.
And everyone else on this does the all the above things too, unless it's in some sort of arena constrained duel.

There are some of you that try and play the game as it used to be, the same as there will be more "honourable" players in other guilds, and I believe those players deserve more kudos from their kills than rez killers and server line hoppers. You pays your money, you takes your choice.

Let's get over this crap and start talking about the good fights.
You are good PvP ers, you have some great tactics and some of you write intelligent, witty and interesting posts.
You win some, you lose some.

On the subject of the EK public forums. We usually let anyone post as long as they register and they behave themselves. To my knowledge we have only banned a few people from SIN, who thought it would be funny to litter the board with pornography and profanities.
Your board is far more relaxed about the profanity issue and I personally don't have a problem with that but EK has a lot of young kids and a few families playing and we decided to make it a family friendly place.

No I completely agree, the thread starting about indiviudual people for pretty shaky reasons is rather pathetic, The same thing happened on your board where a lot of things were posted by EK about I-C, which caused us to register to respond, same happened here with us doing the accusing..~

Kitiara isn't I-C. EVE = not us.

If you see an I-C stealther specifically out reskilling people with no intention of actually fighting, post here so I can kick them from the stone for being a fucking idiot.
