You can't controll if your earning is fair, if nobody talks about.
The whole country cries about the salars from managers, but you can't compare your salary with them of another when you dont talk...
I dont understand why people are ashamed to talk about their earnings.
Its just stupid and helps nobody excepting some managers and maybe some preffered associate.

THATS the biggest problem germany and other countries in europa have!they probably gave them money or scrolls or whatever... The americans often think, they can buy the whole world with their money or stuff.
But they never bought a german guild since today, cause germans never speak about money, they got it. Americans will never get this fact in their heads.
