Running around every dungeon, every spawn and only player I found was this stealther:

Going later again to check... the empty spawns filled with imps and mongbats... despise been done O.o
So I go to Destard and see one UA member... didnt even try to fight, when I found him later after running out from dungeon he managed to recall
After running around long long time finding nobody....
