There is a reason why that catchphrase exists.
Mostly because people have a tendancy to be bitter wankers who are convinced that they're more knowlegable on any given subject than other people.

Blame the parents. If they did what they're supposed to then there wouldnt be a need for harsher punishment in the schools.
