Beta access is only if you buy the STEAM DIGITAL DELUXE EDITION

I'm pretty sure all pre-orders get Beta access, or so I read on the forums anyway. Beta is at some point this week supposedly. Bought it, not sure my beast will run it very well though. Processor is dead on the minimum required~
