But I'd get the guest pass along with the retail key at the same time...

Or do you mean using someone else's?

Have you met Daniel 'new char every day' Benn Sykes?

There will be some catching up to do, but we'll all be at the same level eventually and can do boss runs together. Also don't rush through the content or get someone to rush you levels, just enjoy it at your own pace. We can probably throw you some hand me down items to beef you up a bit but definitely get it mate and just play with us when you can.

Why 2 weeks btw?

Without spoilers how is everyone enjoying it so far? I am loving my Barbarian, pretty much the perfect class for me. Has anyone discovered any legendaries yet? I have only found rare items myself.
Also remember you can jump in and out of any game to help if you are a bit further on than the others, as long as your level difference is not too high (ten levels Benn tells me).

Also Benn have you chosen a class yet?

loving it. Got to the start of act 2 last night and had to go2bed. Playing barb too which is cool, but I feel he lacks a little punch compared to the crazy shapes benn was throwing on his monk for example! But I guess barbs are more item dependent and will shine with some quality drops. Gona stick with barb till 60 and then maybe try a demon hunter or monk till we are ready to do some hell boss runs.

As for the game, it's certainly got the blizzard polish, everything is slick, visuals are great and the world is really quite engaging. There's no shortage of action, particularly in the dungeons where you are often battling trough rooms/corridors of 25+ monsters all dying horribly and corpses flying everywhere.

As for the cutscenes and regular lore which you find and achieve at set intervals, ace.

Keeping the weekend free, will probably finish normal on saturday I reckon.

Would be good to get more detailed info on how the level/xp penalty works. I'm not in any rush on my first char but would be nice to get alts rushed through.

Turn on elective mode - http://www.reddit.com/r/diablo3/comment ... much_more/
Elective mode lets you break your 'build' and choose more than one skill from a group. So rather than choosing 1 skill from each of the 6 key groupings, you can choose any combination of skills you'd like.
