Just in case you're interested, UO is going to have an open-ended free trial called 'endless journey' starting soon. Restrictions of course, but if you fancied a ride around for old time's sake and wipe the floor with the current wannabe's it's scheduled to start late March/early April. Keep an eye on uo.com
Current game guides are also on uo.com, the player wiki link, written by one of the worst pvpers you ever saw.
They even have an official forum, just started.

Hi Petra - Yes we are still here...a UO revival is in motion...but to play a free shard called Outlands. UO the way it should be!

Forgot to mention, you will be able to log in as an EJ account on any vet account that has been closed for 120 days or more.

Just in case anyone is interested:
Did I tell you I quit Stratics in 2014? The plans they had involved taking all my access, doing away totally with the UOSS Managing Editor role, but still letting me do all the work. I started something called Petra's Pages, cos I just knew they wouldn't keep up the playguide side of the site.
Only I didn't keep the site long - Cos Bonnie (Mesanna) invited me to put my pages on the new uo player wiki - on uo.com!!
So now my playguides are on the official site. How's that Stratics? *thumbs nose*

The work isn't lost - in fact it now has a wider audience, because now it's part of the official site. I'm still involved, but I had to get a new name. Petra Fyde to closely associated with Stratics after the years I spent on staff there.
