today i had an encounter with japanese toilets. there are a lot of normal ones but some are like bowls in the floor you squat over. fucking uncomfortable and i was scared to shit and piss on my jeans.
i did the major dump there then finished of in high tech toilet, complete with heated seat and built in arse sprayer.

Got a job.
Its working for a small dispatch language school. Its for my area so its ownage in that respect. will be starting working at a kids school but next month one guy leaves japan and i get all his students.
I went to the interview expecting one but got on with the woman and she threw the job at me.
im looking forward to it all. working with kids sounds really fun, and a lot of jobs are for that. so if i want to stay here deff helps to get the experience in!

today is my first day at the new job. but first i have an interview for another job, which im on the way to now.
its quite common for teachers to have several jobs. its kind of lol really there two jobs alone would more than cover my living expenses so privates would be earning me play money.

It's in the city, between the two busy areas, but the area itself is quite quiet and peaceful, and away from the main road.
It's got next to no view really, but it's a decent little place. Anyone who comes to japan is welcome to crash at mine if they don't mind being bummed etc.
I had a pretty good weekend really, travelled around a lot. Spoke to lots of people etc etc made plans for next week.
Still looking for more work though!

I have at least one amusing encounter. Whether its talking to the school kids who stare at me (its a bit scary for them to speak to round eye).
Yesterday i went to the ZOO! After that we went to some girls house where we ate sushi. Its quite fun way to do things. 8 of us crowded around a table which has a few diff types of fish and seaweed and veggies and rice.
you get the seaweed and then put the fish in and whatever you want.
Its fucking delicious. for 8 of us, all eating as much as we wanted it cost about 2 pounds 50. fucking best.
Im gonna have a party for my new place and youre all invited! Its cheap as hell to do that sort of thing. you split it between all so even with just a fiver you can fill up and get pissed!
Will put pics up of the lair later. its basically an 8x8 but on the road inside luna.
