I'd keep all your stuff Amber! No way you'd get it back, it'd all be mine, muhahaha! Well maybe if you bought me pizza and beer.
If someones stuff dropped, regardless of who they were (I don't know who most of the people we fight are nor what guild they are in, they're just targets and/or corpses) then I'd be inclined to give it back. If it was an artifact or wep I'd have no problem returning it. if there were some one off piece of armor that fitted my suit perfectly I might be tempted to ask them to sell it to me cheap if I returned all their other stuff but I would feel guilty just keeping it.
Fact is though it'll never happen with people like Zole or Amber anywhere nearby, they can smell loot from a mile off.

@ Angus : eventhough I don't like you (remember, I am a PvM EK !=) you would receive all your items back.
Think the problem starts, if people think who to, and who not to give items back. It SHOULD be most natural thing (which sadly it isn't)

No one else gets any unless im annoyed or in a mood, hence why most well known pvpers will heal me ^^

its a special extended bank box I bought it on ebay
I was just chatting to andre, he has like 3 mil in the bank so it wasnt money, he is very gutted, I just gave him his warfork back but told him we didnt loot his entire armour so I propose we give back which bits we got.
