Good point Nix but I think already not many gonna come back to uo though. I just think the items are the least of the problems. They needn't be adding new templates and shit a lot of the old stuff from SE is still not balanced. That's my main concern, not items.
Yeah but its items that make the templates unbalanced. More specifically the skill% items.

omg, there is a gay new ability called 'balanced' (haha, the irony) which allows bow users to drink potions whilst wielding a bow!

i have ordered a 7800 to cope with it, apparently I will need to run at 320x200 though, anything higher and it would blow up.
cant wait to get back into UO though!

That bow is sexual, thank god for people its hit harm
Combine it with the hunters headress and that opens up some unreal ring/brace combos imo
Woud have been absolutely deadly for my archer

let me get this right... If you morph into a reaper (getting a huge ssi bonus) with a stealth archer, you can stealth about with a compy bow and do 2 armour ignores within 2 seconds, then use an invisablility potion/ smoke bomb and be instantly hidden and away again.
oh, and also this one is lolage

This looks like total and utter shit. Mages will be unplayable with some of these new additions. 95% of the Europa 'PvP' community will be archers (because Europa PvP'er are a skillful bunch and will try and play the hardest template possible...).
