My average was a 0.18 but I found if you did it a few times the changes became predictable and you could pre-empt them.

I'm definitely suffering from years of alcohol abuse though, I'm sure I used to be faster than this in other tests.

Just keep trying to guess when the first one comes (a miss only resets the number of clicks) and get a 0.001 like me. Then just safe the rest for something stupid like 0.14 or so.
