Same for me, but it's just some email filter thing, remove the IPs from what it asks you to send and should go through fine.

I'm waiting on Venom who is afk, to sort out the KLines.
In the mean time, try and send an email somehow to that address.
It worked for me a couple of years ago when Fatal caused me to get Klined.
