Aye think im gonna leave Fable for now.

Just completed Uncharted and 70% through Ratchet and Clank.

Gonna pick up GoW2/CoD5/FM09 then wait for Left 4 Dead and thats probably me until the new year, in which point hopefully Fable/Fallout have came down a little, oh and LBP too.

Just reading about Fable, turns out it's getting excellent reviews which I wasn't really suspecting.

Edge gave it 9/10
Eurogamer 10/10
IGN 9.5
CVG 9.2

The first Fable was generally an 8/10 game but still very good so this sounds like a winner.

Interestingly, Portal: Still Alive has just been released on Xbox Live Arcade with 14 new levels.

Yeah im unsure about Fable.

Its been getting decent reviews, Gamespot hit it up with an 8.5. I just dunno though, fucking far too many games.

Yeah im still playin Baird on XBL, its fun. Completed Ratchet and Clank this morning, its good fun, nothing special but good fun. Check points are a CUUUNTTTT though.

Gonna start lvling again in WAR some day this week, after I start my dissertation :(

Not long now till GoWS2/CoD5/FM09 :)

Can't motivate myself to try drakes fortune or R & Clank, I'll definitely play Fable though.

Drakes is good man, the adition at the end is kinda, WTF? But makes you wanna get through it.

R&C is good, if a bit tedious. I just wanted to get them done due to the 10 million games coming out now, my dissertation and work etc =/

X3 Terran Conflict is pretty snazzy, I've not had a huge amount of time to play it yet but it's a LOT bigger than X3 Reunion, which was already massive.

It's probably not a game for everyone, but if you're into the whole space combat/trading/development thing it's basically the best you'll ever see.
The big thing I like about the X games is the absoloute freedom you're given to go from owning a shitty ship with shitty lasers and 100 spacebux to creating massive battlefleets and empires in a giant sandbox galaxy that reacts to your interaction.

If they made a multiplayer space game with lasers, trading and territorial control, I'd be playing all EVEning.

Nah a game like that just wouldn't work multiplayer, it'd be a slow moving database style game where you spend 5 hours mining while waiting for something to happen.
