Bought this the other week.
Quote from B&Q was about £7k.

Go onto the Asian network and found someone who was a relative of a relative of a relative and he was prepared to do a cash job.

Took 11 days and cost £4.1k
Additonally cost me about 2 years of my life through anger and stress having to make sure they didn't do stupid things like trying to put the bath into the 2nd bedroom...

Best asian builders; motto = LOL uv tried the cowboyz now try the indianz LOL

Is that where you go to swing your dead cat?

Seriously though, why the divider wall between the toilet and bath/shower?
It makes everything 10x smaller, I assume no-one takes a bath while you take a shit, so why not just take the wall down and have a big bathroom?

Villa has like 12 kids, so that's exactly the reason for having the divider in I presume.

Looks good Villar. Cost makes me rl cry though, getting bathroom redone is next thing on my agenda.

A full suite for £350 ?

Also, labour charge is what the bulk of the money usually gets spent on; are you planning on doing all/most of the work yourself ?
