I had a look at the UO page today for first time in a while, what did they do to fuck up faction points so much?

Can't view that page as I'm at work but didn't they do some major overhaul of factions and made it trammel friendly?

Lol. At a guess you get faction kill points for killing faction enemy creatures in trammel.

lol, every time you kill Dias Die Altarg (1,223,468,648 kill points) you will get 4,893,874,592 pieces of silver... That is 81,565 piles of 60,000 pieces of silver. That will fill up your bank pretty quick!!!

sounds pretty sweet, glad they have the best guys on the case nowdays instead of some trammelfukz who refused to listen to best advice when it came to factionz, but were happy to add more replica itamz because it'd make the 5 people still playing keep theor accounts open.

Wait - They fixed something?
I dunno, that seems wrong, the UO that I knew and loved didnt fix things, just broke other things so you forgot.
I still remember the day insurance went live, 3 of my characters (Disarm Thief, Mage Thief, Tamer Thief) all ruined in the 3minutes it took to patch.
Oh well - Possibly a good thing UO went down the drain, i'd still be playing it now if it didnt.

I'm still playing - 2 shards.
Current set up on Factions I'm not too clear on, but Minax or Shadowlords capturing a sigil in Fel causes an invasion of that town in Tram which ends when the tram folk clear all the spawn and defeat the Crimson Dragon which spawns as a result of them clearing the spawn, or TB or CoM re-take the sigil.
Latest patch brought some potions and stuff that are stolen from monsters at champs or fel dungeons, plus new stuff dropping at champs - all of them, Ilsh and Tokuno too.
I got 90+ of the potions so far from the dungeons and Docx only found me and killed me once. I got stealing on my char Xorartep. stealing from monsters is more fun that the doom and tokuno stealables.

thats actually an ok idea, if it wast for the fact that people in factions are supposed to try and defend sigels..
also i hope only people in factions with kills in the last day can loot the monsters
