Anyone else check theres regularly get them done? I had one around 3 years ago intially for a medical I had to do.. was fine.

Had one around 6 months ago again, during a thing at work, and was found to be high, 140ish/90ish, as this was a ridiculously high increase, I just had to do it again today, and it's even higher 156/102.. I now have to visit my GP :<

A bit worrying for me, considering I'm only 23 still, not overweight and quite physically active.. .. anyway

If you haven't had it done, it's well worth getting it checked out anyway, as its National Heart Month

I think mine might be too low if anything, get light-headed after standing up sometimes. Can you do anything about that or should i watch Crank for ideas?

Mine's 121 / 57, resting heartrate 62 bpm... just checked it out.

Get lightheadedness too sometimes when standing up, nothing major though.

I faint when I get an erection.
I understand this may have more to do with being well endowed rather than blood pressure.

orthostatic hypotension is no cause to worry if the effect does not persist. ie, if the feeling of lightheadedness/blurred vision or w/e goes away in a few seconds, its all normal.

if you get it a lot, and its persistent, then yes, you have too low BP, and yes, it is treatable.
