Yeh Angus its great. You don't need to spend ages and ages to finish your chars. Armor is quite generic, although you can fix it up a little, you certainly dont need to. The PvE group side of things is fun, you enter instances to progress through the story, and enemies are quite intelligent (they crossheal, more than you ever did in uo! jk). Pvp is awesome fun, even if you're a loser like cyric you can join Random Arenas for a quick 4v4 match. Pvp is all regulated, it's not 'free' like UO's, so there is win conditions etc, but its good fun. Also not to be overlooked is the fact that its balanced, there isn't super templates that everyone uses. A good team requires an array of character styles or it will just fall apart.
Kind of like a cross between WoW and Counterstrike. Ish.
I played the last trial weekend for a fair bit, it's pretty good, and would blatantly be shitloads of fun with a good permenant team.
The control and movement took a bit of getting used to after playing WoW, your character doesn't really move as 'freely' and omg you can't jump.
Definately worth a go though.

Battle for Britain was it Slamer?
Aye GRAW is decent like, a bit weird (control wise) at first.
Had one of the EA dudes in today, talking about the new Battlefield coming out on PC, looks susprisngly good.
I didnt ask him about UO though, i expected a canned response "We' fixing it in the next patch"
:/

Yeah they do ask for a stock count, but i generally just guestimate. We never change our marketing for them.
